This wine tastes with aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers.  It is fresh and mellow at the same time and persistent in the mouth.

 TASTING NOTES: Fruit flavoured aroma that enlarges upon citrus and white fresh fruits, well balanced thanks to the hint of white flowers. Fresh start that ends with a hint of fresh almonds.

 AGING WINE4-6 years.

 SERVING SUGGESTIONSFish in sauce, sausages or « jambon au Côte d’Auxerre » as “ Jambon à la Chablisienne ».
