This wine tastes with aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers. It is fresh and mellow at the same time and persistent in the mouth.
GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay 100%.

MATURING: Oak barrels (half-hogshead) (50%), Stainless steel tank (50%)
TASTING NOTES: Fruit flavoured aroma that enlarges upon citrus and white fresh fruits, well balanced thanks to the hint of white flowers. Fresh start that ends with a hint of fresh almonds.
AGING WINE: 4-6 years.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Fish in sauce, sausages or « jambon au Côte d’Auxerre » as “ Jambon à la Chablisienne ».
