MATURING: 100% in barrels during 12 months, (15% of new barrels)
TASTING NOTES: Fruity (cherry brandy), woody (Caramel, torrefaction) and round (delicate tannic structure)
AGING WINE: 6 to 8 years
SERVING DEGUSTATIONS: Red meats especially games and ‘coq au vin’ with Irancy wine.
