Our Saint-Bris, grown on the Portland limestone plateau bearing this name, is appreciated for its very particular floral, fruity and mineral notes making it an exception among all the Burgundy wines.

TASTING NOTES: The first nose is perfumed with citrus fruits like grapefruit, lemon and even a hint of doughnut peach. After the aeration we experience some floral notes especially very peppery. The mouth is sharp with aromas of apricots, all ending on a specific side and salivating.
AGING WINE: 2 to 3 years
